Friday Film Club
Every Friday afternoon at 2pm.
A selection of films are shown in our Main Hall cinema.
£4 donation for refreshments
This is a dementia friendly screening.
Songs For The Mind
A fun singing session every Friday morning from 10.30am.
Refreshments provided. £3 (Carers free).
All our regular events are Dementia friendly.
Payment can be made in cash on the day or half termly in advance
Memory Lane
A friendly group in Southbourne for those with memory loss, all types of Dementia and their carers. Each session is topic themed and aimed at stimulating memory and reminiscence.
Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons 2 - 4 pm.
All our regular events are Dementia friendly.
Payment can be made in cash on the day or half termly in advance.
Refreshments provided. £5 (Carers free).
